History

Year 2006

The company currently employs about 2000 employees. Within the continuous increase in system guarantees, the certification of environmental policy in our company is proceeding according to the regulation ČSN EN ISO 14001. Following the positive development, the company is undergoing personnel restructuring in order to operationally and commercially strengthen individual regions.

Year 2005

In this year almost 2,000 permanent employees worked for our company. On 4/21/2005 our company D.I.SEVEN, a.s. celebrated its "10 years" anniversary.

rok 2004

In March 2004 the company changed its legal form to the best-secured form business: a joint-stock company. The share capital of D.I.SEVEN, a.s. is 12,000,000 CZK. In this year we underwent another certification - from the ČAP, s.r.o. Certification Institute (The Czech Insurance Association), which deals with the evaluation of quality of organizations and products in the security industry.
In this year the turnover reaches approximately 275 million.

Year 2003

At the beginning of the year we moved our headquarters for the second time - again due to insufficient space. This time we moved to Slapská ulice č.p. 1 in Prague 10.
Because to the continuous development of the company we invested in new branch offices. In Morava we established branch offices in Zlín and Olomouc, in the Vysočina region a branch was established in Jihlava, and in Bohemia branches in Liberec and Karlovy Vary were established.

Year 2002

To increase the quality of our services we underwent intense preparation for certification. On November 23, 2002 we received a certification according to the standard ISO 9001:2000 The number of employees was around 1200, and our yearly turnover was 197 million.

Year 2001

In this year new branches, not only in the Czech Republic, were established - in Ústí nad Labem, Ostrava, Mladá Boleslav, Benešov, but also the subsidiary company D.I.SEVEN, s.r.o. in Slovakia. From the start this company has been represented by Ing. Róbert Hrotkó. Today this company employs more than 830 permament employees, and this number continues to grow together with the number of our activities. Read more atwww.diseven.sk

Year 2000

New branch offices are gradually established in Hradec Králové, Plzeň, and České Budějovice.

Year 1999

The existing spaces in Opletalova ulice are becoming insufficient; we move to larger premises in Malešická ulice in Prague 3.
Another branch office is established in Brno.
In this year D.I.SEVEN, s.r.o. employed over 300 employees, with a yearly turnover of 51 million.

Year 1997

Martin Soukup becomes the second managing director next to Pavel Hlaváček.
In order to expand our field of operation outside Prague we plan to establish, at the time non-profit, branch offices in larger towns. The first branch office was established in Příbram.

Year 1996

The CENTRAL SECURITY DESK - CSD is established in Sedlčany.

4/21/1995

The day the company D.I.SEVEN, s.r.o. was founded by Pavel Hlaváček. The office in Opletalova ulice in Prague 1 became the headquarters of the company.
