Operation manager (for the regions: Prague, Karlovy Vary)
D.I.SEVEN, a.s. security and cleaning service; a strong Czech company that operates throughout the Czech Republic. D.I.SEVEN (cleaning and security services) is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of OPERATION MANAGER of professional cleaning for full-time employment.
What we expect of a successful candidate:
- High school education
- Independence in decision making
- Experience in the services (ideally cleaning, security, and supplier services)
- Ability to manage a larger team of people
- Very good knowledge of the Employment Law
- Experience with recruiting workers
- Ability to prepare documents for wages - required
- Knowledge of accounting software, ideally Abra - advantage
- Driver's license - active driver
- Non-smoker - required
- Clean criminal record - is commonplace
